Organization Structure & Management

Establish properly coordinated Union, creating harmony and unity at every level with no ethnic discrimination; strengthening the fellowship's institutional capacity and governance, equitable resource allocation and ensuring the CU is affiliated and partners with the right organizations of shared interests to ensure sustainable, efficient and impactful ministry operations.

Context & Trend

The Organization Structure and Management SPA for the JOOUST Christian Union Strategic Plan 2026-2030 has been reached by effectual prayers to God and also through the evaluation of the church alongside the review of the old strategic plan. The JOOUST CU can take delight in the structures within the union and organizational landscape that have existed for a decade. These have propagated the efficiency and effectiveness of the union within the campus and beyond.

The large numbers of the union membership have been so reassuring. Therefore, the union has itself been a system consisting of various subsystems which are coordinated to enhance unity of the union. However, there have been loopholes observed. The large numbers require a well-structured and coordinated system with minimal or no gap emanating through.

A clear view of who God is, as depicted in the Scripture, 1 Corinthians 14:33, "For God is not a God of disorder but of peace…" and therefore the church of Christ must have an order when handling every matter. The unity in the body of Christ is clearly acclaimed in the scripture, 1 Corinthians 12:12-31.

This SPA also aims at having an effective database system for the union members, the new members' enrollment, and the associates' database. The sustainability of the members, stakeholders involvement, establishing elaborate structures and the resource mobilization and allocation are some of the key considerations for the achievement of this SPA.
