Department History
Started in May 2013 but was officially launched in July 2013. The main mandate during its inception was to design a website. However, this was ineffective until the constitution review in April 2025 when the Media and ICT department was extracted from the Vice Secretariat department to be a department on its own. This took effect during the 13th AGM where the first Media and ICT director assumed office.

Current Activities
- Designing and printing of the union's documents.
- Publishing and live-streaming all CU meetings and events in the various social media platforms.
- Coordinating and managing the activities of the library.
- Ensuring the CU has the relevant software applications and maintaining CU website and social media platforms.
Current Challenges
- Lack of up-to-date media equipment and gadgets.
- The union does not have an official website.
